So I managed to shift another 2lb this week- that's 8lb in 4 weeks. I'm not craving the added sugar, in coffee anymore, but I still need my salty snacks, and chocolate hits. Luckily I've found some low cal treats ! **FULL BODY REVEAL** plus ...I actually jogged for the first time this week , got up at like 5am, and overdosed on Kale...why did I only lose half a pound? Feeling confused... oh and i got awesome new work-out gear from Primark. Also Shout outs to newbies on the losers bench! xx There are so many of you right now , on the Facebook groups and WLS Forums who are about to have the surgery. You are nervous, and excited all at once. I'll give you practical advice on what to take with you to hospital, what clothes to prepare, what other things to make sure you do NOW before the op. I ask a real live slim person what's the secret? People always wonder- especially in the puree phase, "Will I ever eat normally again?" Sure you will. Just Less! |
