So, I went to the gym. Here's what I did in my first session -
Treadmill - 'Cardio' pre-set for 10 minutes - my pulse was at 150
Cross trainer - 'Cardio' pre-set for 12 minutes - pulse 150
Rower - 3 mins
Abs - 25kg - 20 reps x 3
Butt press - 33kg - 20 reps x 3
Chest /arms - 10 x 2
Lower back - 10 x 3
Hip / thigh inner - 25kg - 20 reps x 3
Hip/thigh outer - 25kg - 20 reps x 3
Bum each leg x 20
cross trainer 5 mins- fat burn level 8
think i burnt about 347 cals
