So, I went to the gym. Here's what I did in my first session -
Treadmill - 'Cardio' pre-set for 10 minutes - my pulse was at 150 Cross trainer - 'Cardio' pre-set for 12 minutes - pulse 150 Rower - 3 mins Abs - 25kg - 20 reps x 3 Butt press - 33kg - 20 reps x 3 Chest /arms - 10 x 2 Lower back - 10 x 3 Hip / thigh inner - 25kg - 20 reps x 3 Hip/thigh outer - 25kg - 20 reps x 3 Bum each leg x 20 cross trainer 5 mins- fat burn level 8 think i burnt about 347 cals I've completely lost control, and I hate myself! Did I ever learn self control? Was the surgery my last chance- and now I am doomed, back to my old ways, and gaining. Will I end up morbidly obese again? I am terrified. I feel like a fraud. Something has to change. And it's me. But what if I can't? I made this vlog before i'd weighed myself - I new i had gained but had no idea how much!!! |
